A guided shamanic journey is when the practitioner travels to the spirit realms on one's behalf to connect with your guides and support your healing and transformation. A shamanic journey may help you if you feel stuck, ill, or have low energy. When we experience trauma, a part of our soul may get lost in the spirit realm. A shamanic journey can help to retrieve lost soul parts and power animals and guides to support your healing & transformation. Hear from a few of my clients what they received from a shamanic healing session with me!
You can meet me on Zoom to review your intention for the shamanic session. Then, you will lie down so I can see you on Zoom, as I will restore your guides to your energy field. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing an eye mask or scarf so you can relax deeply during the session. You will listen to a shamanic drumming track while I mute, rattle, and drum and journey to the spirit realms on your behalf. After the journey, we will meet again on Zoom to discuss what I found. You may wish to bring a journal to take notes - sometimes your guides offer 'homework' to support you in your healing & transformation.
Our initial session will be an hour and a half. After the session, please plan on deep self-care to help you integrate, such as drinking water, bathing, or walking. Clients may take a week or ten days to incorporate the session entirely. Sometimes, clients like to return for repeat sessions, so I offer discounted rates for a repeat session and a package of three sessions for returning clients. I also provide healing retreat journies in Peru for people ready to dive deeper into their healing journeys.
